Earthlink Handcrafts ships  via Australia Post from Queensland unless otherwise arranged with us

If the order is for delivery in Australia you should allow a minimum of 7 to 10 days from the date your payment is received for delivery and even longer if you reside in remote areas or the parcel is of a large size.

The estimated delivery times are calculated in business days (Monday through Friday) and do not include public holidays.

If you do not receive your order within 10 days, or even longer if the parcel happens to be of a large size please contact us.

All items will be shipped to the address you place on your order form.

Flat rate postage rates
For orders up to $50 – $15 postage and handling
For orders between $50 and $200 – $20 postage and handling
For orders between $200 and $400 – $30 postage and handling

Over $400 – FREE SHIPPING

FREE GIFT if we overcharge you on shipping

We try to be as fair as possible but no system is perfect.

Should the actual postage cost on your order be significantly less than we our flatrate charge, we will include a free gift worth at least $5.

If the actual postage cost is more than our flat rate charge, then lucky you – you’ve had a win as Earthlink Handcrafts will not charge you any extra.
